What is it that makes me want to cry? 😂😆😅 Well there's so much! I'm just grateful for the exclusivity, hospitality, generosity, security, size, abundance, peacefulness, activities, stories, humility and more 😅 that the stressors were just forgotten 😂😆😂
What do they offer? For Php8,000, we're blessed to have the following:
✅ 3 out of the 4 rooms for rent. It's actually Php2,500 for each room. But we were permitted to use all 4 rooms without extra charge.
The Php500 difference is for the unlimited use of ATV.
Sir Noel did mention that whenever the rooms are reserved already by one client, they no longer accept other clients for the unoccupied room/s. So everything's #exclusive 👍
They alot one day interval for the use of the farm's facilities so that they have ample time to clean up and prepare everything for the next guests.
By the way, they do not issue room keys. That's one thing that bothered me but having experienced not one single item missing during our stay made that thing unimportant. However, we opted not to leave any valuable in our rooms as a precaution.

All 4 guest rooms are air-conditioned with their own restrooms, cabinets, mirrors, single beds (except for guest room #1 with queen size bed), extra mattress, outlets, trash can, etc.

✅ Large air-conditioned pantry with refrigerator, stove, LPG, huge tables, chairs, water dispenser, frying pans, knives, cabinets, exhaust fan, doors on each side, a large window revealing the beautiful mountain etc. They also have facility for grilling.
✅ A very generous check-in time. Usually overnight's reservation runs from 2pm to 12nn the following day but we can check in as early as 8am😊✅ Unlimited videoke setup in front of guest room#4 🎤 and because it's far from the neighborhood, you can sing all day all night as long as your vocals are ready and you can stand the creepy view of the mountain at night 😬
✅ A tour at the farm via golf cart to see:
▶ all these animals like the wild boar, deer, ostrich, snake, etc. Sir Noel told us that if we can catch the wild boar, then it's ours 😅 The farm used to have 7 deers, if I'm not mistaken, but they released them all to the forest but one came back.
Also, I'm not sure if we're really that lucky 😅 because other guests we're hoping to see one while we didn't wish for it, but a not so little not so big cobra snake 🐍 crossed the road during our tour 😬 We're lucky because none of us was bitten.
▶ the establishment on the side which, if I remember correctly, is a school for orphans or the children of Vonwelt Inc. employees
▶ the various plants for manufacturing juices, medicines, etc.
▶ the houses of the employees/residents at Vonwelt
▶ the river you can cross by pulling the boat made of wood? which we didn't try.
We just enjoyed the view of the other side and the horse taking a bath on it. It's deep!
🌟 plus get the opportunity to drive the golf cart 😊 I've always wanted to drive and this experience is really something big for me 😅 #bucketlist It was fun! 😊 Our tour at the farm was enjoyable because of the very hospitable Sir Noel 😇
✅ Fruit picking 👍 We're able to bring home bags of pili, suha and limes. Yes you can take as many as you can. It's absolutely free!
You'll also enjoy roaming around, discovering trees and having fun for all the unplanned scenarios.
And if you like other fruits, you need to consider the fruit's season in your visit.
✅ A less than 6ft bean-shaped pool with mini falls and amazing view of the farm and mountain. It's a few steps from the lodging area and there are alternate routes if you're photo sensitive. You can enjoy the pool all day without worrying about the sun because there's a shaded area. You just have to be careful at the edge of the pool.
✅ A large balcony which is really too big and very spacious for our company. Again, the view from the veranda is already something that will make your day, that is if you have the same appreciation for greenery 😊
It's a lot lovelier in the morning when you wake up and it's the first thing you see aside from your significant other 😂
A couch is available in the middle/the lobby where the pantry is. There are tables and chairs in front of guest rooms# 3 and 4.
The reception is downstairs, right across the pantry where Justine is stationed with his radio to relay our needs.
We were told that at night there are bats? and they stay on trees and that we might as well move the car to avoid anything that might fall from the bats' activities.
✅ Bike. I don't think it's for rent. The staff just use it but they were kind enough to lend it to us for free. My father did say that the place has a beautiful bike trail.
✅ Large space of Bermuda grass where we played volleyball. Fortunately, the lodging area serves as cover from the sun hence we're able to play even if it's sunny.
We were told again that others setup tents in this area. It has also been a venue for wedding ceremony.

What else do you need to know?
👉 I thought the place is very affordable given the fact that they are not strict with headcount. You can be as many as 50pax or more and still pay the same rate for the rooms. It's so "sulit".
👉 Yes, maybe the distance can be a contributing factor as to why it's very affordable. But other than that, we were informed that it's not really the main business of Vonwelt since they have their manufacturing plants within the farm. They actually don't seem too caught up with making sales for being a resort venue. And having heard the stories about the generosity of the owner would make you stop wondering why. They are also picky with clients and intends to offer only the place for family bonding and the likes.
👉 We paid P2,000 to make reservation and the balance was paid before we check out.
👉 They also offer target shooting using 500 air-soft bullets for Php1,000. We no longer availed this one because it was raining that day.
👉 If you ran out of merienda, you can order their very own mushroom 🍔 burger for Php100.
👉 There's a mini sari-sari store outside the farm but I'm not sure what's available there. So it's still ideal to bring your own food, like everything you think you have to bring.
👉 I also suggest that you bring your own car when you visit Vonwelt coz the place is really secluded that at some point you'd wonder if it's really safe there or if there are monsters 😬 Just kiddin' 😅 One thing's for sure, the place is SAFE! But the travel there would be more convenient with your own private vehicle.
So, do I have high hopes of returning to Vonwelt? Yes, I do! I actually thought of having our high school reunion there, our family reunion as well because i'm just amazed by the space and exclusivity that I thought it would really do well in accommodating large number of guests, having program and all other fun activities. We're also interested of seeing other fruits and vegetables :) That's all!
