I call this amazing pancit for its eye catching presentation and transformation when the sauce is poured.
One of their notable dishes - sinigang sa watermelon - manamisnamis. They pour the soup once served.
So for additional information, they don't have that much space for dining at Festival. It's their protocol to only let you in when all headcount are present otherwise you'll be given a table good for the pax already there. But they allow switch tables when other parties arrived provided there's available table.
